Christmas is here, my tree and lights are up and twinkling (yes they are low voltage lights), I baked my first batch of mince pies and, the shops have become too chaotic to approach and Christmas tunes are pumping out of every speaker.

 The Christmas silly season these days means fighting crowds at the shopping centres, desperately searching the aisles for that ‘perfect’ gift, staying up late wrapping the kids presents with shiny paper, bows and ribbons, over indulging in good food at Christmas parties and perhaps regretting that extra glass of champagne the next day.
